Richardsons Leisure Limited achieves Investors in People Gold Accreditation

Investors in People has awarded leading tourism and leisure operator Richardsons Leisure Limited, We Invest in People Gold accreditation. Gold accreditation demonstrates the company’s commitment to excellence in people management practices and reinforces its position as a great place to work.

The company which employs nearly 200 team members across its locations in Hemsby, Stalham, Wroxham and Lowestoft, was awarded Real Living Wage employer accreditation in 2023, was recognised as a two-time award finalist at the Norfolk Business awards and crowned Best in Britain for the quality of its Boating Holidays on the Norfolk Broads.

The Investors in People gold accreditation is a framework followed by the company to motivate and reward the significant contribution team members make to creating memories and exceeding guests’ expectations.
