Jib wins Customer Impact awards at The WOW Awards!

At a spectacular event in London on Tuesday 28th November 2023, finalists from across the UK came together for the final announcement of the 2023 The WOW Awards winners. Selected from a staggering 34,000 nomination entries, Jib was awarded the Customer impact award, chosen by an independent panel of customer experience experts he was recognised for his outstanding commitment, dedication and passion to our Guests. Nice work Jib!

The judges said, ‘you could feel the family-like energy in the environment’ and that the business ‘values resonate through everything it does’.

Richardson’s Boating Holidays Crowned Best in Britain

A Norfolk boatyard has been named Best in Britain for the quality of its holidays on the water by staycation specialist Hoseasons.

Richardson’s Boating Holidays, based in Stalham scooped the prestigious honour at the self-catering giant’s 17th annual Awards – a celebration of the boating locations, holiday parks and lodge resorts in the company’s UK portfolio that have achieved the highest scores in independent customer satisfaction surveys throughout the 2023 season.

The boatyard was also named winner of the Boating Holidays, Large category during the ceremony at Celtic Manor Resort, in Newport.
